As three women, spanning three decades, and three stages of life, we know firsthand what it’s like to be a mum, grandmother, and working woman. Our app reflects this diversity and is designed to provide fitness, wellness, and mental health support for women at every phase of their journey.
Move Collective is a safe and inclusive space for all women whether they're balancing motherhood, managing the effects of perimenopause, or embracing new chapters in their 60s and beyond. We focus on wellness, community, and strength, and we're here to inspire women to feel good from the inside out.
As trainers we believe in creating real classes for real people of all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes. Everyone is welcome at Move Collective.
