Our team of certified personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. No matter what your fitness level is, we have a trainer that specialises in the areas you need to work on.



Lily is a passionate fitness lover, on a mission to redefine workouts. Specialising in combat, weighted HIIT and dance fitness, she is here to prove that fitness is not just about shedding pounds but embracing joy and strength in every movement.


Her love for fitness comes from a dance background, merging that inspiration into my classes through movement or even with the music, transforms passion into purpose.


Lily loves anything that challenges her;  "let’s do it together and sweat with a smile!



Daniel has been in the fitness industry for many years. He started by teaching in the local community and his company, Tri-Oracle Fitness Ltd, was founded and launched in 2017.He has since been recognised for his amazing style of teaching, as well as founding the Concept ‘X Fight’, a martial art based aerobic exercise in time to uplifting music and was approached to join the OYG team back in 2019.


He has since been working alongside many other top fitness professionals, with Davina McCall, and can be found as a firm favorite on her fitness platform!



Sarah is a fitness professional working within the fitness industry for the past 20 years. She is a personal trainer, class instructor, fitness educator and presenter with a social media presence to influence and guide people on their fitness journey.


Her background in dance and acting led to her training as a Pilates instructor over 20 years ago. Whilst living in the USA Sarah trained under some very influential fitness gurus and went on to PT actors and celebrities in fitness.


Her drive is to continuously create new and inspirational classes that are at the cutting edge of the fitness industry, with the focus, very much, on energy and fun.



Jay is a PT and class instructor teaching everything from exercise to music, Pilates, Kettlebells, Combat, Boxercise, pre and post-natal, exercise in perimenopause, menopause and beyond, sports massage and barre.


She is passionate about helping real people to get moving, improve their mindset and lead a healthier lifestyle. Jay believes that we are never too old to set out on our fitness journey and that everyone is capable of achieving more than they realise.


Her aim is to be able to keep mobile and strong in order to do and enjoy activities with her grandchildren, and to continue helping others achieve their goals along the way.
