4PM- EXIT - IF YOU'RE STAYING FOR THE PARTY TIME TO GET READY (PLEASE NOTE, FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS)

7:30PM - LET'S PARTY!!

• MAT
• WATER - WE WILL HAVE A FILL UP STATION
• WORKOUT GEAR - BRING A CHANGE, IT'S GOING TO GET SWEATY
• WEIGHTED GLOVES (OPTIONAL)
• CASH OR CARD FOR SHOPPING AT THE EVENT
• CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR THE EVENING PARTY
• PACKED LUNCH & SNACKS

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY CLASS?

NO YOU CAN JOIN AS MANY OR AS FEW AS YOU LIKE

WILL YOU PROVIDE FOOD?

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE FOOD AT THE VENUE, PLEASE PROVIDE A PACKED LUNCH

I AM NEW TO FITNESS, CAN I STILL ATTEND?

YES! WE WILL GIVE MODIFICATIONS FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW OR HAVE INJURIES

I CAN'T GET THERE IN TIME FOR THE REFISTRATION, WILL I BE ABLE TO JOIN IN LATER?

YES. WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE ON RECEPTION TO REGISTER LATECOMERS

ARE SHOWER/CHANGING FACILITIES AVAILABLE?

NO. IF YOU ARE STAYIMG FOR THE EVENING PARTY WE RECOMMEND YOU USE A LOCAL HOTEL

There are 2 pay and display car parks either side of the venue, and more pay and display car parks can be found, a few minutes walk away, in Rayleigh town centre.

Please note - there are no shower facilities at this venue, so if coming to the evening party too, alternative arrangements will need to be made. Please see local options below.
